1. Agreement
By creating an account or using PAYNEXA, you agree to these terms and any service-specific information displayed before purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
“PAYNEXA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the PAYNEXA service. “You” means the person using the service.
2. Your account
- Provide complete and accurate registration, contact and identity information.
- Keep your password, transaction PIN, verification codes and device access confidential.
- Use only an account you are authorised to control. Duplicate accounts using the same email address or phone number may be rejected.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or incorrect account activity.
You are responsible for activity authorised through your credentials, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Wallet, funding and withdrawals
Your PAYNEXA wallet is used to pay for services and, where enabled, permitted withdrawals. It is not presented as an interest-bearing account. Funding and withdrawal requests may require identity checks, provider confirmation, limits, fees or a security review.
We may place an amount on hold while a transaction is pending or under review. A completed status depends on confirmation from the relevant payment, funding or service provider.
4. Services and providers
PAYNEXA may provide airtime, mobile data, cable TV, electricity, virtual numbers, temporary email, eSIM and other approved digital services. Some services are fulfilled by third-party providers.
Availability, countries, networks, packages, stock, delivery times and provider rules can change. The app displays the current option and important order details before you confirm. Do not repeat a payment while an earlier order is still processing.
5. Prices, fees and refunds
The final customer price and any applicable fee are shown before confirmation. Prices may include provider cost, currency conversion and a PAYNEXA service margin.
Refund eligibility depends on the order status and provider response. When a provider confirms that an order failed and is refundable, PAYNEXA may return the eligible amount to the original wallet debit. A fulfilled service, a delivered code or content, or a successfully received virtual-number message is generally not refundable unless the displayed service rules or applicable law require it.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use PAYNEXA to:
- commit fraud, impersonation, theft, harassment or any unlawful act;
- send spam, phishing material, malware or abusive communications;
- bypass identity, platform, provider or security controls;
- interfere with the app, probe systems without authorisation, automate abusive requests or exploit pricing and refund processes;
- purchase or use a service in breach of a provider’s rules or another platform’s lawful terms.
7. Review, restriction and suspension
We may delay, review, restrict or suspend activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, comply with law, enforce these terms, respond to a provider requirement or secure the service. Where appropriate, we will provide a clear next step.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to provide accurate information and reliable service, but third-party networks and providers can be delayed or unavailable. We do not promise that every product will always be in stock or uninterrupted.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. You should review recipient details, product details and the displayed price before approving a transaction.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service, provider requirements or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Material changes may also be communicated in the app.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@paynexa.ng.
